Everything went just smooth as could be. Car was done on time, quality advice and clear communication.

As always, my visit was warm and friendly. Staff never fails to inform me of any impending repairs needed. I am always contacted BEFORE extra work is done to ensure it meets with my approval. There have been NO surprises when I pick up my SUV. I love the service and the staff.

Like every time, they took care of me. The oil change was done quickly, and as part of their routine inspections, they noticed my battery was getting weak. I was unsure of how old it was, so they brought the car back in and hooked it up to a more accurate tester (which took a little bit longer). This verified that battery was getting low, so they put a new one in and had me out the door in just a few extra minutes.

Very pleased. Friendly service inspired confidence in the integrity of their service. I'm always pleased when no one tries to convince me I need something more.
