Excellent fast and accurate service. Truethful knowhow on what needs work and what doesn't and the straight forward way of telling customers what needs to be done or what can wait until the next visit.

Always an easy and honest experience. I particularly liked the fact they told me what was necessary to fix on my car as well as gave me estimates on what was needed for future visits.

My first visit to Aotoworks was everything I had hoped it would be. The work was done on time and at the price they quoted. I will definitely be returning the next time my vehicle needs servicing!

Autoworks took in my 24 year old truck on short notice due to a radiator problem. They found the problem quickly- hoses and connections - not the radiator. Their comprehensive check found another situation and recommended a solution which could save me future trouble at a much higher cost. Of you have a vehicle problem, call them!

They found additional work that needed doing (in a safety inspection) and weren't able to complete that the say day. They were very direct about telling me this, which I appreciate, and were able to schedule the work the next day.

They did a thorough (and fast) oil change and checkup on my truck.

First went to Autoworks of Issaquah 7 + years ago for a price on repair work because the estimate from my regular mechanic seemed high. Their price for the same work was less so I took my car in. They quickly determined the work was not necessary at all. They did a much less involved and less expensive repair, solved the problem and saved me $400. I now use them exclusively for all our vehicles. Have recommended them to several friends and they are all very happy with the service. I've never had an issue with any work done by them and the prices are fair. I most appreciate that I can trust them. More than once I've left a list of maintenance/repair work to be done and they will call and say "That air filter ( or what ever ) looks good, it can wait until your next sevice. " And to top it off they are *always* friendly and polite.
