Very highest recommendation! 1/ I was able to secure an appointment for a potentially dangerous and urgent electrical system problem very easily. 2/ John and Jeff were very professional and friendly, and Jeff even drove me to a nearby cafe on a rainy PNW morning so I could do my remote work while I waited. 3/ This is my very first review on Google, Yelp, etc. Autoworks of Issaquah is so good I've broken my streak of silence :) (General ProTip: I am newly in this area for a brief stretch, so I found them by using a strategy that has worked well in the many places I've lived as a Digital Nomad: I called 3 local Auto Parts store and described my specific needs. All three of them included Autoworks in their recommendations.).

I was stranded on I 90 with a blown transmission. Luckily, I was able to get my vehicle to Autoworks. They replaced my transmission within 2 days. The crew at Autoworks proved to be very trustworthy and professional. Their office and garages were spotless. Plus they offered me a loaner vehicle without even asking. If I was a local, I would be bringing all my vehicles here!!

Got all 4 brake pads+rotors replaced here. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Quick service, good communication, and no issues with the results.

Had a some aftermarket work done here for my suspension. Unfortunately, the suspension work was botched and the work relatively over-priced. In the end, I had to uninstall and trouble-shoot with the company who makes the aftermarket product and we finally figured out the product was installed upside down (It's a sway bar, simple piece of metal). It was a frustrating process and should not have ever had to happen that way and Autoworks should have done better in trouble-shooting what the problem was. Not only did it cost me a lot of $ to have them install it but it has cost me at least 12 hours of my time to rectify and trouble-shoot the problem on my own.

Maybe I’m wrong here? but $300 to replace a set of headlight bulbs in a compact car seems high. They were very friendly and polite. But damn.
