The past two times I have brought my car here for an oil change, they have not filled up my fluids (windshield washer fluid, power steering fluid, etc.)

My daughters car was having starting issues and I didn't want her to be stranded so I brought the car to AutoWorks without an appointment. They understood my concern took the time to test and review the issue. It turned out o be a simple defective battery and everything was good again. I think I could have waited or done the replacement myself but I have confidence in there work and to look for more than the obvious.

Honesty and creativityThinking that I was going to be paying for a new fuel pump and the labor required to get to it (not easy on my car).It was discovered that the problem was with the pump module not the pump itself. Of course, Audi doesn’t sell the module separately so with a lil creativity the current module was cleaned up, insulated and resealed.Some other shops may have replaced the pump, needed or not…Thanks again Autoworks!(would have rated higher but let's give it a little while to make sure that the fix holds up)

Great place to take your vehicle. Had my vehicle ready by the end of the day. The staff was not pushy at all and I will most certainly be using Autoworks of Issaquah again.

A bit expensive, but excellent, on time service.
