As always, the crew at Autoworks of Issaquah took extra care in assessing and fixing our car's issues. Todd (the owner) took time himself to drive our car to see if he could reproduce an intermittent problem that was frustratingly absent when we brought the car in. I love this shop! The first time I took my car in, it had over 150k miles and they found only one minor thing wrong, which is what I brought it in for. They could have EASILY given me a list of things to be done, but they were honest. I appreciated that SO much as a single gal who doesn't know much about car maintenance! They offer shuttles within a reasonable distance which makes it really easy to get an oil change done when I'm at work. (I drop it off on my lunch break & have them bring me back to work and then pick me up after work to go back to the shop.) I highly recommend this shop! They also have oil change punch cards and referral perks which is really nice!!

Wonderful service in a timely manner. Thought I was going to need to have my brakes replaced, when I went in for inspection. Their staff didn't take advantage of a female who doesn't know much about vehicles, when they could've easily done so. Autoworks of Issaquah staff was very up front and honest that my brakes were in good condition. They also offer a discount to AAA members.

For 12+ years, Autoworks of Issaquah is the go-to auto shop for my family's small fleet of new and not-so-new cars. This includes my old jeep. I've always appreciated that they first conduct detailed diagnostics and do test drives as appropriate. Then they call me & we discuss the issues and my options - good or sad. Autoworks' prices are reasonable for their quality work. They don't add extra to fix things.
