I very much appreciated the professionalism and customer oriented service. The issues were presented completely and then we worked together to select a path to getting them resolved. Would recommend this shop without reservation.

The engine light in my VW Tiguan came on and I feared the worst. I took it to Autoworks and they told me what they were doing and what it would cost as they went. Luckily it wasn't the worst case scenario and they fixed my car quickly. They are now my go-to mechanic.

I've been using Autoworks for 20+ years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Always easy to get an appointment, always ready on time, always give me honest, good advice. I appreciate this very much and trust everyone there completely.

One visit and I'm a customer for life. I desperately needed my vehicle (long, late work commute that busses don't serve) and Jon was able to get it repaired for a fair price the very day I brought it in. He didn't attempt to upsell me or "find" other issues like other folks have done in the past. Each interaction with him was polite and professional, a refreshing change of pace from previous mechanics I've dealt with. I'm immensely grateful for the service I received here and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Quick and quality work

In the past 3 months, I've had two occasions to bring my 1997 Tahoe into Autoworks for service and have been very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of their work. These two service events involved: 1. Diagnosing a leakage, repairing and recharging the vehicle's AC system; 2. Diagnosing and repairing (including sourcing of an out-of -production OEM part) an erratic horn activating problem involving the "clock spring". The owner, Todd, and his staff are always courteous and pleasant; they were prompt in always keeping me appraised on the progress of the repairs.

Absolutely the best VW repair Garage in the Issaquah, WA Area. 1) Competence 2) Courtesy 3) Honesty 4) Fairness In addition to less complicated repairs that they have done for me, they recently undertook and completed the very labor intensive removal of rat nest infestations that had even penetrated from the motor area into the dashboard.

Been using Autoworks for all of my cars for 20+ years. Their work is excellent and prices are fair.

I paid $165 for them to tell me I needed to top of my fluids. If I'm paying that much I don't see why they just couldn't have done that for me. I feel like I just threw money away going here. I'm sure they are great with their regular customers but I felt like having them taking a look at my car what an inconvenience.
