Great service. Issaquah Autoworks keeps our fleet of vehicles working fine and in a safe condition for our field staff. Scheduling is easy. They work with us on drop off and pick up of the vehicles and even have drive us back to work option when needed. Thanks for the good work.

I had an oil change scheduled and came in with an oil filter to be used. I gave the filter to Todd. He gave it to the mechanic and it was installed. I was charged for an oil filter on the bill. I came back and asked Todd about it. He said they do not give any credit for bringing in an oil filter. Todd should have said that when I gave him the oil filter so that I could have the option to keep the oil filter. Please let other customers know, if they provide an oil filter before the work is done. Thanks.

I can't remember a place that has had such great service so consistently. John, Todd and the team behind them are great guys who do great work. I will continue to bring my vehicle for service here.

The engine light in my VW Tiguan came on and I feared the worst. I took it to Autoworks and they told me what they were doing and what it would cost as they went. Luckily it wasn't the worst case scenario and they fixed my car quickly. They are now my go-to mechanic.
