Called in to get a much needed oil change, they were able to accommodate a next day appointment. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and prompt. They found a couple of issues with my car and took photos to show me which I found very helpful. I would totally recommend Autoworks without hesitation.

I have used Issaquah Auto for many years (10 maybe) bringing various cars for service. In General they have done a great job with all but one vehicle. I have a 1996 Ford F250 that they have been servicing all this time. Last year, the brakes needed work. Brought it in for them to take care. Which they did, shortly after I took the truck back the issues with the brakes returned, pedal sticks, doesn't return to station etc. Brought the truck back a few months back, they found that the pump installed the first time was bad and replaced it. No charge to me so all was well. The issue now is that 3 months later and probably less than 500 miles of actual driving, the problem has returned. I would not have expected to bring the vehicle again, for the same issue. So on this particular occurence, not too happy.
