Everyone at Auto Works of Issaquah is GREAT. They are very honest AND have fair prices which is a win-win! We don't take our cars anywhere else. They have punch cards for oil changes and will shuttle you to Target to shop while you wait or to work and back if you work close enough. We have always been really happy with our experiences and interactions there from making appointments to arranging shuttles to discussing any issues with our cars or pricing. I can't recommend them enough -- they really are great and I will be sad to have to find a new (reliable, honest, fair) place when we move out of the area!

I came here for a quick oil change because they had the earliest availability, it ended up being a great choice. Not only did they do an oil change but they checked several quick minor fixes and gave me an idea of what to keep an eye on with my vehicle. They have friendly staff, average pricing, and accurately estimated my wait time since I was waiting to drive my car to work. Thanks guys, I will be back.
