I have had a hard time finding a place to take my car that didn't give me a checklist of 8-10 things they recommended my car needed. My car runs great and when the oil needs changed or a light comes on to be told a list of so many needs just left me feeling frustrated and doubtful of my car. Autoworks of Issaquah fixed what I went in for and didn't try to sell me more things that I didn't need. I appreciate this very much. They are honest, friendly and on schedule with their work. I have finally found a mechanic who isn't trying to get more money out of me. Thank you!

Prompt, honest and just all around great group.

I had the oil and filter changed today. I checked the oil level at home after the engine cooled for two hours. It measured almost a quart above the full mark on the dip stick. This is not correct. I checked the invoice and it said 5.5 quarts were installed. It also said it was synthetic blend. I think regular 5w30 Quaker State oil was used. I checked the filter for leaks and it had fresh oil on it. I wiped off the oil, the filter was tight and I will check to see if it is leaking later.

They fix things right and stand behind their warranty. They are a little pricey, though.

I've been bringing my cars here for 7 years now and will continue to do so. They are easy to deal with and are always up front with everything.

I finally found an automotive repair shop that doesn't tell me I need five other things needed unrelated to the reason I took my car in. The reason i took my car in was fixed and the time frame was great! Thank you
