These guys always do great work at a reasonable price!

My truck broke down one morning before 7am and I was about a mile from the store. I messaged about the situation and needing a place to have the tow truck take my truck to. Immediately, I received a response and the acknowledgment that I could bring my truck, all done before they opened. On top of that, they were able to not just look at the situation, but fix the belt and let me know that there were other needed fixes that needed to be addressed. In all of my interactions, I was treated with respect and the overall experience was incredible.

These are some "wild and crazy guys!" I was delighted to find John at Autoworks as he was always helpful and knowledgeable (and fair about pricing when he could be) over a number of years when he worked for a different auto repair shop that I frequented (Old Volvo) in Issaquah. Now he's back and in command! I trust that he will give me good and reasonable input as it relates to my old but useful VW.

My '91 hadn't had service for awhile and was running rough. I appreciated Autoworks' inspection, assessment of options, and repairs to bring my daily, long-mileage commuter back to life. And the front desk is exceptional in their customer service. Will keep going back as they always do a great job.
