I always trust Autoworks to do what is best for my car. I have been going there for years.

I trust them. Can you ask for more from a car repair shop? Plus Jon and James are warm and wonderful. Jon has been taking care of our family fleet for decades. Jon and James deserve a HUGE raise and a company car.

I’ve been taking my cars to autoworks for 20 years. They have always done a thorough check on my cars and excellent work at a fair price. Wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.

We have been Autoworks customers for more than 15 years and have taken all of our vehicles there for service. Not once have they failed to keep their promises to repair what was requested and guarantee it. Their repair estimates have always been reasonable and completed on time. One of our cars is turning over 300,000 miles and still running thanks to the great staff and mechanics at Autoworks. As you can tell, we're very satisfied customes. We trust them.

When I needed a full service diagnostic of my 2007 Escalade I called Autoworks and they were able to get me in the next day. James and the team we’re fantastic - turned out the car needed about $1,500 worth of work which was very reasonable given that about 8 different issues were addressed including a 50k service long overdue. The work was completed quickly and I had the car back within a few days - impressive given this was during the big Feb 2019 snowstorm when it was difficult for anyone to get to work. Thanks Issaquah Autoworks for a job well done!

Autoworks is unethical, expensive, and rude when their "diagnostics" without any repairs don't give you any insight. And of course they still charge you for essentially useless diagnostic work and absolutely no repairs. Would not recommend.

Never disappointed when I leave their shop no matter how much my truck costs me!
