Issaquah Auto Repair

I would give this shop 10 stars if I could. We have a MItsubishi Montero that had some complicated ABS issues, which to repair required a hard to find part. I purchased the part on my own, because the other shops in town I contacted would only purchase it from Mitsubishi, which was a ridiculously expensive option. So, after purchasing a remanufactured part myself to save money, I then disconcertingly found out that other shops would touch the repair because they didn't source the part themselves. But to my relief, Jon at this shop didn't hesitate. Then, once they dug into it, some significant, unexpected challenges emerged with additional diagnostics in the ABS system. The Mitsubishi shop manual left alot to be desired in this area of diagnostics and repair here, but the mechanics at this shop forged ahead and intrepidly figured it out. They could have easily and understandably thrown in the towel at this point. In the end, they didn't charge me for this extra time with diagnostics on their behalves, which was generous and greatly appreciated. Long story short, we now have our beloved Montero back on the road with solid brakes. Thanks very much to Jon and everyone else at Autoworks of Issaquah! We are now devoted customers who will not hesitate to refer friends and family to them.

I can not recommend​ them more highly, I wish I could give them even more stars. Autoworks has worked on my personal and work vehicle​ as well as several of my friend's​ vehicles​ and all of us have had wonderful experiences​. They are fast, highly skilled, friendly and on the level. Their customer service is top grade. They always explain​ everything​ that needs to be done to the car to me before moving forward in a way that I am able to understand and they do what they can to save you money. All of the repairs that they have done have been amazing and they always have great prices on repairs. If I can help it I am never taking my vehicles​ anywhere​ else.

This was my first visit to Autoworks and I was very impressed with their service. I took my car in for an oil change and received a very thorough diagnostic report of my vehicle with red, yellow and green indicators to show me the status of everything. Plus, the diagnostic report included photos of my actual car! I plan on returning to Autoworks for future service and maintenance on my vehicle. Thank you!

Got a $2200 estimate for some work from the local Toyota dealership with a quote from the service advisor saying, "Even our technicians were afraid to drive it!" I chuckled, thanked them for the estimate, and promptly scheduled an appointment with Autoworks. After they looked the vehicle over, they confirmed there was a moderate concern, but not the life-threatening scare that Toyota implied. They also quoted the work $500 cheaper. As often happens while doing the actual repair work, Autoworks found a couple additional concerns, called me promptly with the details, and did all they could to keep the price down. When I went to pick my vehicle up, they walked in with the actual parts they replaced to show me what the problems were. These folks really seem to go above and beyond with their customers. I love that they shoot for the ceiling and not just the floor.
