Jeff and his group did excellent and fast work on my 20 year-old Jeep, correctly diagnosing and replacing bad drive shaft.

My friend and I were headed back to Utah from a trip in Washington when her check engine light came on and we found out it was a cylinder misfire. Autoworks of Issaquah was the first place recommended to us for their work and integrity. When we had tried 5 other places and they were all booked out, they promised to do whatever they could to squeeze us in despite having full book and being down 2 technicians. Ashley even came out and made sure I was OK when I got a little emotional. These people are so kind and the quality of their work is next to none. Would 100% recommend.

This is the second time we worked with Manger Jeff Crossland on this problem and he diligently found the sources and documented them with photos, descriptions, and estimates for repair. The team at Autoworks of Issaquah is very professional, patient, and low key making it easy to work with them and trust they advice. If you want to have them review a car problem allow them enough time to schedule a proper appointment, rather than expecting a quick fix. This is my 2nd experience with Autoworks of Issaquah and once again I am quite pleased with their customer service and quality of repair. Easy online scheduling and communication through phone calls and text messaging was great. You get the expense of the repair upfront and agreed to. If you need scheduled maintenance of your car or repair of mechanical issues I would recommend giving them a try. I think you will be as satisfied as I am.
