Autoworks investigative work on a difficult/intermittent stalling problem was really appreciated. Those are hard issues and I appreciated their patience in troubleshooting. Car runs better than it has in several years!

Honest and efficient

Great experience at this shop. They took great care of my car, it runs so much better. Everyone I talked to at the shop was very nice and good at communicating all the issues and costs to me! I felt like they really cared about getting my car running the best possible and felt like they were trustworthy honest people. Highly recommend! Give them a call first if you are bringing your car in as they can be busy and you may need to make an appointment. I made an appointment 1 week out, and it was well worth it! Highly recommend! My '01 Chevy Malibu is grateful as well.

I had my catalytic converter stolen. There was lengthy insurance coordination etc. needed for this repair. The communication was great with me and they coordinated directly with my insurance. Luckily their loaner car was available, so I had transportation during the whole process. Under the circumstances, I couldn't have asked for better service! Jon kept me in the loop the whole time.
