They were great, after the heavy snow a rodent had gotten into my engine and the car started sputtering on me when I was leaving work. I was able to drive it to the shop (it died 4x on the 3 minute drive there!) and they got me in immediately and the car was fixed the next day less than 24 hours later! Jeff in particular was courteous and helpful.

Autoworks was recommended to me by another repair business - one I was completely satisfied with - when they felt I might have an issue they might not be able to help me with. Not only were you able to get me up and running again, but the whole experience of working with you, from front counter to picking up a newly healthy rig, was pleasant, friendly, efficient, and timely.
