Autoworks of Issaquah and its staff are top-notch. I'm really happy to have found a mechanic I can trust who is so amazing and close to home! Ashley got me all squared away before my scheduled appointment - she answered all my questions and sent me the estimate promptly. She was very friendly and knowledgeable so I immediately felt I was in good hands. Autoworks offered me a loaner car since the work would take all day - something that the dealership wouldn't do. The estimate was also lower than the dealer's estimate. The day I went in to get the work done, I was on a tight schedule. I had completed as much of the process prior to coming in so that the drop off would be quick. This is when my experience got even better! Jeff helped me primarily, although there was another man there who was just as nice and introduced me to his cutie dog who was quietly sleeping behind the counter (I'm a dog lover), but I can't remember his name (sorry!). Jeff was great. He quickly walked me through the loaner paperwork, explained next steps throughout the day (how I would get updates) and he even opened the door for me as I left (I'm sorry - that just never happens in "real life"). He actually walked out from around the counter and opened both the door to building as well as the door to my loaner car. I did have quite a bit of stuff with me and I greatly appreciated the assist! I got updates as promised throughout the day and it turned out that the big-ticket item I was coming in for (my AC) was actually something that would be covered under my extended warranty on my car. So, again Jeff went above and beyond and called the dealership to find out this information about the warranty (turns out AC condensers are in issue) and got me a contact name at the dealership so that I could easily follow up to get an appointment. I called the same day and got the appointment in the same week. Jeff at Autoworks could have easily taken on the job himself, as I would have never known about the warranty, but it really demonstrates the integrity of the business. Long story to say that Autoworks of Issaquah and its staff are truly marvelous. They have a new loyal customer and I have already been talking them up around town with my coworkers and friends. Way to go A of I!! Your customer service and integrity is for sure 5-star!!

My father-in-law was in town when his transmission went out, we had the car towed to Autoworks of Issaquah, and were impressed from start to finish. The dispatchers on the phone were kind and professional. The mechanics were quick, upfront, and honest. When we decided to go with a different mechanic closer to my father-in-law's house, they still didn't charge for the diagnostic work that they did do. Incredible service and a sense of integrity that is infallible. Their reputation is well earned and if we ever need a mechanic again we will be back.

Outstanding service. I have been using them for over 25 years and strongly recommend them to anyone that wants personable, professional, timely service without a lot of unnecessary work being pushed on the owner. I have had both cars and trucks serviced by them, some with over 300,000 miles. Best service I have had in 60 years of driving.
