WOWEE 😍🥰😍🥰 I selfishly hate to write this because it was hard enough to get an appointment, but I’ll do it anyway. They deserve it! I use my van for work (dog walker) and 3ish weeks ago it stopped being able to shift above 3rd gear 😳. I called 30+ places and was told the same thing over and over - we’re booked for weeks! One guy just laughed when I asked if I could get my car in to be looked at! #rude But, the good kind folks at Issaquah Autoworks invited me to come down and have someone just look at it in the parking lot. They were busy, but made time! They squeezed me in a week early, put my van at the top of the list, and fixed a transmission issue for under $400!!! My van is running beautifully now and can go above 45 MPH without sitting at 6,000 RPMs!!!! Thanks 🙏🏻 Autoworks of Issaquah!

I have been a customer of Autoworks for several years and appreciate their friendly, helpful, reliable, reasonably priced services. Fortunately my 2008 auto hasn't needed major repairs because of their preventative maintenance. Thank you John, Jeff, Ashley and staff. PF

Autoworks is so organized. Everything went smoothly. Although I ended up getting more work done, it was work that was long overdue for the car.

Repair estimate was over $500. Without any car repair experience, I was able to complete the same repair in 30min with less than $50 worth of supplies from Amazon and an 8min YouTube video. This might actually be typical pricing, but it's hard not to be upset by the experience. Won't likely go back.

Excellent service as always!

Had an electrical problem in my car with all kinds of warning lights. They were upfront in what they would do and sent photos of what their diagnostic tools were saying. Turned out to be just a wheel sensor. All was fixed for a few hundred bucks. Even had a loaner car. Great experience. Would go back in the future.

I took my 05 subaru Forester in there cause i was losing coolant at the same rate i poured it in so obviously i knew i had a leak. It was leaking on the drivers side just under the air conditioner. Since im not familiar with unhooking the refrigerant lines i took it in to see if they could find out from where leaking from. When they called me to see if i wanted to rebuild the engine i said no its not worth it he replied with ok I wont charge you for anything so you dont have to put more money in it. But When i came to pick up the car. i was charged $145 for them to run a test to see if i had a leak. Ummmm huh???? So they basically put water in the radiator and watched it pour out and that was it. Didnt even bother to find out where it was cause i didnt want them to rebuild the engine. It was so ridiculous. Unless you know exactly whats wrong with your car I would never take a car here to get an estimate again cause they will charge you for doing nothing

I went to AutoWorks for advice on catalytic converter protection to keep thieves from stealing mine. They were very helpful and provided an amazing solution which I took advantage of. I can't say enough for these guys. They are the only shop in Issaquah that I deal with regarding cars.
