Issaquah Auto Repair

Scenario: Car unable to start in the middle of the afternoon during December at the boat landing. What to do? After a wonderful gentleman jump started my car and followed me to the only auto repair shop I knew in Issaquah, Autoworks, I breathed a sigh of relief. I knew I was in good hands as I left my car for diagnosis and probable battery replacement. After Ashley offered a ride home, the feedback of the problem was immediate, dead battery, and the solution, replacement the next day with the ride back to the shop confirmed. As a senior citizen, new to the great Pacific NW, I was certain I would have my car in working order after service by the knowledgeable and caring Autoworks of Issaquah staff. I wish I could give more than five stars. You earned it.

Honest and reliable repair company! It’s so nice having a company that works on European cars, close by, that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.

I had my car towed to Autoworks of Issaquah and they looked at it the next business day. One of my cylinders was misfiring so the repair would have been costly but Jeff walked me through how to get the dealer to pay the cost and do the work themselves. Autoworks missed out on a $6,000 repair to save me the money. That's kindness. This is my new mechanic.
