What do you want in a car service provider? Honesty Timeliness Reasonable Prices Pragmatism (some things don't always need to be fixed right now, right?) Great record keeping (so they know your car) Good location - That is what you will get here. I've been happy with their work on both my cars. Won't go anywhere else.

Prices are still a little on the high side.

It's nice to have a place to take my old car where I can count on them doing the right thing for me in a quick efficient manner. I know I am paying for the work that needs to be done and not getting gouged for something that doesn't really need to be done.

We've been servicing our families cars here for years. They always do good quality work at a competitive price. Appointments are easy to get. They kept my station wagon running for 324,000 miles (I gave up on the car before it gave up on me).

I recently took my car in to the shop because there was some grinding under the front part of my car. Alan and his team tried to fix the first and cheaper of what could have been two big problems first --- sad to say, the first fix did not solve the entire problem; I was given the news that it would take a lot more money to fix my car. While talking with Alan, he explained to me what had happened to my car in terms I could easily understand, as well as gave me some additional advice with what I might do to make better car decisions in the future. I really appreciated the kindness and honesty he gave me.
