I recently took my car in to the shop because there was some grinding under the front part of my car. Alan and his team tried to fix the first and cheaper of what could have been two big problems first --- sad to say, the first fix did not solve the entire problem; I was given the news that it would take a lot more money to fix my car. While talking with Alan, he explained to me what had happened to my car in terms I could easily understand, as well as gave me some additional advice with what I might do to make better car decisions in the future. I really appreciated the kindness and honesty he gave me.
