I took my truck in for a new Heater Core and Brakes. I did all my booking for the appointment online without making a phone call. Everything was taken care of when they said all the way down to a loaner vehicle they had promised. Truck runs great, stops great. I will more than likely retun in the future.

Nice job Autoworks! How about getting some Brown Bear car wash coupons to give to your customers:-)It would be a nice touch since Toyota and Subaru give a car wash or a BB coupon!

They do good work, are kind, and take pride. You can trust them.

Excellent job replacing water pump; and timing belt/tensionier/pulley; and flushing/replacing tranny fluid. They completed the job in one day - the Friday before Labor Day weekend - which was very helpful! Car runs very smoothly now! A little spendy - but worth it!

We have had several great experiences ar Autoworks of Issaquah. The team is polite and responsive. I like that the shop is small and you can get in and out of the shop quickly.

The auto tech spotted a leaking wheel bearing seal and we fixed it, potentially precluding a break down on a trip to Idaho, Oregon or Canada. Excellent work!

We have taken our various cars to Autoworks of Issaquah for years now and they are the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They really bend over backwards to make things easier for their customers, from arranging for a rental car for me when I needed it, to talking me through a mechanical problem I experienced while out on the freeway, they have always given me their best. They even take me home when I have to leave my car at their shop and have picked me up when it was finished. Autoworks of Issaquah really epitomizes what a small, well run business can be.
