Issaquah Auto Repair

My car needed a brake check and I chose Autoworks because they are the only repair shop in the Issaquah area that receives good reviews. I was not disappointed. The brakes were found to be in good condition with only minor work being required, but the mechanic spotted a problem with the steering rack. The car did have some issues with steering so I was not surprised. I authorised the fitting of a new one but it put pressure on the power steering pump which them malfunctioned. Tod, the owner, arranged for a new pump to be fitted free of charge because they had not anticipated failure of that component. The excellent service not only included the repair but also rides to and from my home while they were working on the car. What a pleasure to receive honest, trustworthy and helpful service in this day and age.

The radiator in my 14 year old car decided to fail on me two days before I was scheduled to leave for a very important business trip. Autoworks of Issaquah was able to get me in the next morning (I had it towed to their shop the night before) and my car was finished that afternoon. Our family trusts Autoworks of Issaquah with all of our auto repair needs and we wholeheartedly recommend them to friends and family.

These guys are the best!! There is no better Auto service in Issaquah or the greater Seattle area. I've tried them all!!

People at Autoworks are professional and friendly. They give you updates about your vehicle and what needed to be done and recommendations. They also offer shuttle services while they work on your car and you have the ability to be elsewhere. Will definitely use their services again.

Todd and Allen run a great service business. As a 22 year customer, I have watched the business not only grow, but refine it's ability to take care of customers. What you see in the front office is duplicated in the shop. I have and will continue to recommend the services of Autoworks to anyone who asks for a good and reasonably priced auto repair shop.
