Autoworks has always been so great to work with.... very nice, professional.... I NEVER get that slimey feeling. :) They are wonderful about giving me a ride to work after dropping off my car for the day.

You feel like you are being well taken care of by a trustworthy service oriented group.There is upfront honest assessment, with no extra "buy this service package" hidden agendas.

We have an older Xterra that needs routine TLC to keep it running as a third car for our teenagers. Autoworks of Issaquah is the only place that we will take our car due to their expertise. They always diagnose an issue quickly, communicate timely about cost and length of time the car will be in the shop, and are always willing to work with us. They are friendly, polite and knowledgable and they know my car inside and out. I trust them implicitly which is hard to say about an auto repair shop.

John was very professional and took the time to explain everything that was done with my car. Autoworks is top-notch and I'm glad that I discovered them.

I took my VW Jetta wagon to Autoworks and received excellent, quality service. My problem was diagnosed and fixed exactly as planned. And a couple of minor enhancements (eg., fuse replacement) were performed for no additional charge. All I can say is that they delivered on-time as promised, and I will be coming back for some other work needed on this car and my wife's as well.
