Issaquah Auto Repair

Replaced front struts on 2001 Mercedes. Expensive job, but I didn't even think twice about shopping around as I'm confident the job will be done correctly by Autoworks Issaquah. Car rides much better now, job was done in one day.

I was driving to Spokane from SeaTac recently and my car began to over heat. I researched import mechanics in the area and made a few calls. I've had this 2002 VW GTI since it was new. It's been in 48 states and I've dealt with many mechanics. What a blessing that I broke down close to Issaquah! After speaking with John on the phone I knew my search was over. Been using Autoworks exclusively for almost 20 years. Have always had excellent professional service. Tthey keep a tidy shop Their focus on the customer is unbeatable. The service is reasonably priced, I've never had any problems with the quality of their work. They do a thorough inspection whenever they do any work and identify things that you "may want to keep an eye on". No up-selling, just good advice. It is the only shop that I have ever trusted completely and recommend to anyone that will listen, i send all my friends and family there. Keep up the good work Todd !

Very happy to have found this place. They charged less than 1/3 of what the dealer was asking for my 90,000 mile check up and didn't come up with a list of things I needed fixed. They seem very honest and efficient. It was nice that they have a shuttle service, too.

Great experience. Having recently moved to the area, it felt like I was taking a gamble to find a good auto shop. I chose Autoworks of Issaquah based on Angie's List reviews and am very glad I did! Had the car in for a failing alternator and a brake inspection. We had just had it into the dealer for recall work where we were told the brakes were seriously in need of replacement, not only the rear pads but rotors as well. Autoworks completed the inspection and advised that there was actually still life left in the brakes! Good, honest service. Thank you!

I can highly recommend Autoworks. I've used them for many years. They are honest and dependable. They will let you know if anything is wrong, give their recommendation, and let you decide. And their recommendations are always reasonable. Please don't expect rock bottom pricing. They are good folks doing good work at a price that's more affordable than going to a dealership or places where they recommend a little too much work. For people living around Issaquah, this is the place to go.
